By accessing GetRwanda LTD's digital ecosystem, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Our services include but are not limited to AI automation, digital marketplaces, and business consulting within the Rwandan territory.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our platform. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into this agreement.

All content, trademarks, logos, and service marks displayed on our platform are the property of GetRwanda LTD or third parties. You are not permitted to use these Marks without the prior written consent of GetRwanda LTD.

• Proprietary software and algorithms
• User interface designs and visual elements
• Database architecture and compiled data sets

To the maximum extent permitted by Rwandan law, GetRwanda LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

When using our platform, you agree not to:

• Attempt to reverse-engineer or decompile our AI models or infrastructure.
• Use our services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of Rwandan law.
• Transmit any malware, viruses, or destructive code through our systems.
• Resell or commercially exploit our services without written authorization.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Rwanda. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kigali, Rwanda. By using our services, you irrevocably consent to such jurisdiction and venue.
